What are your office hours?
As a digital company, our online application is available 24/7, every day of the year.
If your customer service agent needs to get in touch with you, this will be during normal office hours.

Can I apply out of office hours?
Sure, you can apply online anytime of day or night 365 days of the year!
Once your application is complete, in most cases we should be able to find you your best loan rate and provide you with a loan offer automatically.
However, if you apply out of hours and your application is incomplete and or additional information is required, you may have to wait till we are back in the office for your loan to be completed, and if approved and the loan offer accepted, funded.
How can I check the status of my application?

Can I email you my bank statements?
Noddle is happy to accept bank statement information 24/7 via its fast and secure, encrypted bank statement upload portal. As Noddle offers an entirely online loan application process, with an integrated application loan assessment and decisioning platform it is not able to offer both a manual bank statement submit facility and deliver the fast turnaround from application to assessment that our customers expect. Whilst the customer service agent assigned to you may make contact to verify information on your loan application, their enquiries do not extend to accepting emailed bank statements.
